I started my career at Philips Automotive Lighting, where I worked for many years in equipment design and maintenance. This hands on role helped me deeply understand workshop operations and sourcing needs. Thanks to my technical background and coordination skills, I transitioned into global sourcing, which marked the beginning of my procurement career. In 2014, when GIS launched the ISP cooperation project with Philips, I became familiar with GIS’s global strengths and vision. I felt a strong alignment with the company’s culture and future, which led me to join GIS.

Over the past 12 years, I have been responsible for managing the GIS China ISP operations team. My role includes coordinating global procurement, aligning supply and demand, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is important because it ensures efficient project execution and serves as a bridge between clients, suppliers, and global teams. By combining technical understanding with supply chain expertise, I help ensure stable, precise delivery and high customer satisfaction.

4. Do you have a fun hobby you’d like to talk about?
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, cycling, and especially long distance motorcycle touring. Riding through scenic landscapes helps me relax, recharge, and build endurance.
