Dear Partner,

Today, I am pleased to announce a significant milestone in the journey of GIS International. After more than two decades of leading and shaping this organization, I have made the decision to pass the torch of CEO to my esteemed brother, Alain. This transition marks an exciting new chapter for our company, built on a foundation of shared vision, trust, and unwavering commitment.

Since our inception in 1997, GIS International has grown from its humble beginnings to become a trusted name in the C-Class industry for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) and BOM (Bill of Materials). Together, we have navigated challenges, embraced innovation, and celebrated numerous successes. It is with great pride that I hand over the reins to my brother, knowing that his extensive experience will guide GIS International to even greater heights.

As for myself, I will be assuming the role of Chairman of the Board and will continue to provide strategic guidance for GIS International.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all our employees, clients, suppliers and stakeholders who have been an integral part of our journey thus far.
