Main tasks & Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, inspect, and book incoming shipments in the ERP system
  • Sort and stage shipments by job number; place items into inventory when applicable
  • Maintain stock accuracy by performing cycle counts and supporting year-end inventory counts
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with logistics partners and carriers
  • Repack and consolidate shipments for overseas offices; provide shipment dimensions and weights
  • Build crates/cases as needed to ensure safe, damage-free transport
  • Initiate and follow up on claims for damaged or missing deliveries with carriers
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional warehouse/logistics tasks as assigned

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations

Skills & Competences

  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS/ERP)
  • Strong basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
  • Familiar with shipping platforms and tools (UPS, DHL, FedEx)
